Premier Risk Solutions LLC is headquartered out of the great Seattle, WA area. PRS has business partnerships throughout the globe, allowing us to draw upon resources in 66 countries. PRS was founded in early 2014 by Michael Delamere after a 16-year career in the private security profession, and in early 2015 was amended as a woman-owned business headed in 51% ownership by Audrey Emmet with Michael retaining 49% ownership.
Michael has spent time living & working in the greater Boston, New York City, San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle markets. He has also spent significant time in Asia, as well as some time in Canada, Mexico and Brazil. Michael has managed hundreds of cases both domestically and internationally. In his time with his previous employer he traveled the western half of the US extensively, forming relationships with law enforcement personnel and private sector industry professionals.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University of Boston, MA in Criminal Justice. Michael has attended numerous seminars & presentations over his career on varying topics including Workplace Violence, Campus Security, Online Investigations, Enterprise Risk Management, Risk Assessment Methodology, Business Continuity, etc.
Michael has been an active member of ASIS International since 2003 and has held numerous volunteer leader positions as an officer of the board in both the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter as well as the Puget Sound Chapter. Michael is a constituent of the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC). He has also been involved as an associate member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI), Washington Association of Legal Investigators (WALI), and Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP), Security Industry Association (SIA) and the International Foundation for Cultural Property Protection (IFCPP).

Joe Zaccaria has more than 25 years of international security expertise in Threat & Risk Assessment, Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), Security & Business Continuity in critical environments such as government, law enforcement, PSAP/911 and financial environments. He is a Certified Food Defense Coordinator. He has performed over 600 risk assessments and over 500 large-scale CPTED reviews & designs.
Renowned social housing architect Mike Pyatok engaged Joe to help redevelop and keep safe a public housing redesign in Los Angeles. He consulted in the planning process for an upscale shopping village with Tim Kobe, known as “Apple’s Best Kept Secret.” A friend and trusted work colleague of Dan Burden, named by Time Magazine as “one of the six most important civic innovators in the world.” Joe performed threat assessments on large campuses, oil refineries, large food processing plants and semiconductor fabrication operations in the US, Canada & Asia. Joe previously lived and worked in Asia for 18 years. Joe adjunct lectured at the University of Washington for several years, lecturing primarily on global risk assessment. He also guest lectured at the University of British Columbia, several ASIS International Seminars & Exhibitions and at the FBI’s InfraGard program. He currently volunteers as the Deputy Manager of the Blaine Police Department Auxiliary Communications Service (ACS) in Blaine, Washington.
Joe received his certification in CPTED from the National Crime Prevention Institute at the University of Louisville. He has completed numerous ASIS professional development programs, was a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) for more than 10 years’ time, and holds FCC radio licensing.
